New Age Nooks or Small Space Living?

I Cannot say I wouldnt enjoy an absolute luxury like an adult hideaway or nook, built just for me, in my own backyard. However, I can also see that same "Small Space" being utilized as a "Right Sized" Living space--would you?

"Modern Cabana" has got the smaller end of the Prefab units beginning build sizes with their K9 Unit 3' x 2' x 2'-6"tall and...
dog cabana
...Yes. I said K9 as in Dog Cabana.

To their media recognized affordably priced childrens playhouse/cabana's Modern Cabana has a multitude of simple options for small space builds.

Modern Cabanas style seems to be more suited to those looking to add to their yard, a guest house, separate home office work space, kids play place; with Kitchenette units, half bathroom and full bathroom options--rather than for a Full Prefab small/right size dwelling, for living space.
exterior window placement options
With a Custom Built section on their website, as you can see, theres room for window and sliding door placements where ever client a support will work.

roofing options
What I found most delightful was the different green Roofing options that appear in pictures throughout the Photo Gallery.  UPGRADED UNITS Available
Finding useful for small spaces has always been noted as one of my favorites the sliding door options, saving MUCH needed space.
